Buying hash without delta-9-THC: what is inside
Classic hashish consists of the pressed resin of the hemp plant and contains THC. No online shop in Germany may sell it. Our hash therefore contains other substances. HHZ and T9HC are made in a laboratory and do not occur in the hemp plant in any significant amount. There are hardly any independent studies on effect and tolerability for either of them.
The percentage in the name describes the share of the compound according to the manufacturer, for example 40 % HHZ or 97 % T9HC. It is not a measure of strength. Most of these products are declared on the product page as a collector or aroma product and are not intended for consumption. Read the note before you buy.
Classic profiles: Afghan, Nepal, pollen and cream
The variety names are based on well-known types of hashish. They describe aroma, colour and consistency, not the origin of the compound.
- Cream: soft and malleable, like the HHZ Hash Nepal Cream.
- Pollen and dry sift: dry and rather sandy. According to the manufacturer, Beldia Dry Sift is based on Moroccan pollen, while Super Pollen comes across lighter and milder.
- Afghan: dark, earthy and easy to shape, for example the CBD Hash Afghan Gold.

CBD hash from hemp
If you are looking for hash without the new cannabinoids, the CBD Hash Afghan Gold is the right choice. According to the product page, it is made from CBD-rich hemp flowers and states 12 % CBD and less than 0.2 % THC. CBD is a natural component of hemp and is considered non-intoxicating. As with all products, we make no statements about health effects here either.
What to look out for when buying hash
- Compound: Is the exact name of the substance in the title? Variety names such as Afghan or Nepal alone say nothing about it.
- Quantity: 1 g is enough to get to know a variety. Nepal Cream and Beldia Dry Sift are also available in 5 g.
- Consistency: Cream is soft, pollen crumbly. This affects how you divide and store the piece.
- Intended use: Pay attention to the note on the product page.
- Documentation: Only expect a certificate of analysis where it is mentioned on the product page.

Is hash legal? The legal situation in Germany
Hashish with delta-9-THC falls under the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). Adults may possess certain amounts, but sale through online shops is not permitted. The FAQ on the Cannabis Act from the Federal Ministry of Health gives an overview of the rules. Medical cannabis is regulated by the Medical Cannabis Act (MedCanG).
For laboratory-made cannabinoids, the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) is decisive. It covers entire groups of substances and is extended regularly. HHC, HHCP and THCP have been listed in it since 27 June 2024. Nobody can reliably predict whether HHZ or T9HC will be covered in the future. There is no guarantee that they will remain available permanently. Sale only to people aged 18 and over.
Storing hash
Store hash in a cool, dry place away from light. Airtight packaging protects the aroma and prevents soft varieties from drying out or dry varieties from absorbing moisture. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. After contact with psychoactive substances, you should not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
