No online shop in Germany may sell THC liquid with an intoxicating amount of delta-9-THC. For this reason, this category contains liquids with a very low THC share as well as liquids with other cannabinoids, each with flavours of well-known cannabis strains. Which active compound is included, and in what amount, is stated in the name and on every product page.
What is THC liquid?
THC liquid is the name for a fluid that contains cannabinoids and flavourings and is intended for vaporisers. Unlike a thick distillate in a vape pen, a liquid is thin and is sold in small bottles, usually with 5 to 30 ml of content.
There is little reliable data on the effects of such liquids. For liquids with no more than 0.3 % THC, the manufacturer itself describes no clear psychoactive effect. For liquids with other cannabinoids, everything depends on the substance, the amount and the person. For this reason, we make no promises about effects or strength.

THC liquid for e-cigarettes and vapes: what fits technically
Many people are looking for a liquid they can fill into their normal e-cigarette. It is worth taking a close look here, because the items are declared in different ways:
- Most liquids in this category are labelled as collector and aroma products, with the note not to heat them and not to inhale them.
- According to the manufacturer, the Canapuff THC Liquids are intended for scientific or decorative purposes.
- How an e-cigarette vaporises a liquid depends on the coil, the power and the tank. A liquid that is not approved for a device does not belong in it.
If you are looking for a device that comes pre-filled and needs no refilling, disposable pens are the simpler choice. You will find a selection among the HHZ vapes and the T9HC vapes.
Is THC liquid legal in Germany?
Since 1 April 2024, cannabis with delta-9-THC has been subject to the German Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). It does not provide for sales through online shops. Medical cannabis is regulated by the German Medical Cannabis Act (MedCanG), so THC liquid from a pharmacy is only available on prescription.
There is no specific permission for cannabinoids produced in a laboratory. The legislator can add them to the German New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) at any time. This happened with HHC on 27 June 2024, and trading it has been prohibited since then. Nobody can give you a guarantee that another cannabinoid will remain permitted. We sell all items only to people aged 18 and over. After contact with psychoactive substances, do not drive and do not operate machinery.
What to look for when you buy THC liquid
- Active compound and amount: Check the amount in milligrams and the exact name of the cannabinoid.
- THC share: For liquids with THC, the share should be stated as a percentage. For the Canapuff line, it is a maximum of 0.3 %.
- Fill volume: 5 ml and 30 ml are very different, so calculate the active compound per millilitre.
- Intended use: Read the note on the product page before you order.
- Seller: A reputable shop names the manufacturer, the contents and the notes without making health claims.
Making or producing THC liquid yourself?
You will find many instructions for mixing your own. We advise against it. If you mix distillates with carrier liquids, you can hardly determine the exact content of active compound, and additives such as thickeners can form substances when heated that nobody should inhale. Then there is the legal situation: anyone who processes extracts containing THC can quickly end up outside what the KCanG permits.
Storage and shelf life
Store liquids in a cool, dry place away from light, ideally in the original packaging. Light and heat change the flavour and the active compound over time. Keep bottles out of reach of children, because liquids can easily be mistaken for drinks.
