Looking for a THC vape? First, the most important point: in this category you will not find vapes with classic delta-9-THC. What you will find here are disposable pens and cartridges with other cannabinoids, mainly HHZ, T9HC and THZ. Which substance is included, and in what share, is stated in the product name and on every product page. That way you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
What is a THC vape and what is inside these ones?
When people say "THC vape", most of them mean a small vaporiser that heats a cannabinoid distillate instead of burning it. The device consists of a battery, a heating element and a tank with distillate and terpenes. In Germany, devices like this with real delta-9-THC are not available in open online retail.
For this reason, the vapes in our range contain other active compounds. HHZ, T9HC and THZ are produced in a laboratory. They do not come directly from the hemp plant, even though the flavours are based on well-known cannabis strains.
THC vape pen, disposable or cartridge: the formats
Most devices here are disposable pens. They arrive filled and charged and need no accessories. Once the distillate is used up, the pen is finished. Cartridges, on the other hand, need a compatible battery, but you can swap them if you want a different strain.
- Vape pen 1 ml: for example the HHZ Vape Pens with a rechargeable 300 mAh battery and around 600 puffs according to the manufacturer, or the BOB HHZ disposable pen.
- Disposable vape 2 ml: larger fill volume with a mesh coil, such as the HHZ Vapes and the Highlight Meshflash models.
- Cartridge 1 ml: the THZ Vapes, which according to the product information have a THC content below 0.3 %.

Which cannabinoids are in our vapes
The percentage in the name, for example 95 % or 99 %, describes the share of distillate in the contents. For the HHZ Vape Pen, that is 95 % HHZ distillate and 5 % terpenes. This number has nothing to do with the THC content. This is also the answer to the frequently searched "90 % THC vape pen".

Is a THC vape legal in Germany?
Since 1 April 2024, cannabis with delta-9-THC has been covered by the German Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). It allows possession, home growing and cultivation associations, but no open sale through online shops. Medical cannabis is regulated by the German Medical Cannabis Act (MedCanG). This is why a THC vape from a pharmacy is only available with a doctor's prescription.
Lab-made cannabinoids such as HHZ or T9HC are not named in either of these two laws. However, the legislator can add them to the German New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) at any time, and this law also covers entire groups of substances. This is exactly what happened with HHC on 27 June 2024, and trading it has been prohibited since then. Nobody can say for certain whether HHZ, T9HC or THZ will be classified in a similar way in the future. There is no guarantee that they will remain permitted.
What to look for when you buy a THC vape
- Active compound: Is the exact name of the substance on the product? Be careful with labels such as "THC alternative" without a name.
- Share and fill volume: The percentage and the millilitres tell you how much distillate is in the device.
- Certificate of analysis: For some products, such as the T9HC Vapes, a COA is available on request. Ask for it if it matters to you.
- Intended use: Many items are declared as collector and aroma products. Read the note on the product page.
- Hardware: The battery, coil and fill volume determine how long a device lasts.
Effects: what is known and what is not
There is hardly any reliable research on HHZ, T9HC and THZ. What you read online about effects and duration is almost always reports from manufacturers or users. How a substance affects you depends on many factors and cannot be predicted. For this reason, we make no promises about strength or effects. All products are only available from the age of 18. After contact with psychoactive substances, do not drive and do not operate machinery.
Handling, storage and disposal
Store vapes in a cool, dry place away from light, as stated on the product pages. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Every pen contains a battery. Empty devices therefore do not belong in household waste. Take them to a collection point for electrical waste or to a battery return box in a shop.
