The percentage states the share of active compound according to the manufacturer. It is not a strength comparison between the active compounds. Pre-rolled joints: filling and paper
The filling differs more than the name suggests. Most pre rolls consist of dried flower material onto which the manufacturer applies the relevant cannabinoid. The cannabinoid itself comes from the laboratory, not from the flower.

- Compare the filling. There is a clear difference between 1.3 g and 2 g.
- Pay attention to the base. Flower material and herbal blends differ clearly in aroma.

Legal situation: THC, KCanG and new cannabinoids
Since April 2024, THC in Germany has been subject to the German Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG) and the German Medical Cannabis Act (MedCanG). Adults may grow cannabis privately or obtain it through a cultivation association. The law does not permit mail-order sales of THC cannabis. Since 27 June 2024, HHC has been listed in the German New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG). This law covers entire groups of substances and is expanded regularly. For T9HC, T8HC, 9H-THC, THP420, HHZ or THP426, there is no guarantee that they will remain permitted. Check the current situation yourself, especially if you order from abroad.

For most of these cannabinoids, there are no reliable studies in humans. How a substance acts depends on the person and how they feel on the day, and it cannot be reliably predicted.
