Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to start a return. Products must be sent back unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Once we receive the return, the amount is refunded within 14 days – by bank transfer or as store credit. You'll get the return address from our customer service team.
