Looking for HHC flowers? We no longer sell them. Since 27 June 2024, HHC has been covered by the German New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), and trading and shipping it in Germany has been prohibited since then. The flowers you see on this page belong to our current range with other active compounds, for example HHZ, T9HC or T8HC. Which substance is included, and in what share, is stated in the product name.

What were HHC flowers?
HHC stands for hexahydrocannabinol. In the hemp plant, it occurs in trace amounts at most. For HHC flowers, a lab-made HHC distillate was sprayed or applied onto dried hemp flowers. The plant was therefore only the carrier, while the active compound itself was semi-synthetic. It was usually obtained from CBD that was chemically converted and then modified with hydrogen. This has nothing to do with industrial hemp.
The flowers were sold with a percentage in their name. There were also HHC-P flowers, which are also no longer available.
Why HHC flowers are no longer sold
The NpSG does not prohibit individual product names but entire groups of substances. The Fifth Ordinance amending the Annex was announced on 26 June 2024 and came into force the following day. It added a new group for compounds derived from 6H-benzo(c)chromen-1-ol. This basic structure is covered regardless of the degree of hydrogenation of the ring, and with side chains of up to twelve carbon atoms. HHC and HHC-P have this structure. The wording is in Annex 1 of the NpSG under number 2.3.
Since that date, we no longer carry HHC flowers or any other HHC products.
What the ban means for possession and purchase
Here we reflect the text of the law, and this is not legal advice. For substances in Annex 1, Section 3 NpSG prohibits trading, manufacturing, bringing them into Germany, acquiring and possessing them. Section 4 mainly makes trading, supplying to others and manufacturing or importing for resale a criminal offence. Police and customs may seize such substances and have them destroyed. If you have questions about your own case, speak to a lawyer.
Buying HHC flowers? These are the flowers we carry instead
Our current range of flowers, hash and joints is spread across these categories. The active compound is stated in the name of every item.
| Category | What you will find there |
|---|---|
| HHZ | flowers and hash with 40 % HHZ, plus vapes and joints |
| T9HC | flowers, hash, joints and aroma sticks with T9HC |
| THC joint | pre-rolled pre rolls with T9HC, T8HC, HHZ, THP420 or CBD |
| Canapuff | flowers, vapes and joints from the Canapuff brand, for example with T8HC |
Not every strain is always in stock. The following also applies to new cannabinoids: nobody can promise that they will remain permitted. The NpSG has been amended several times since 2024, most recently in January 2026.

What to watch out for with offers of HHC flowers
HHC flowers keep appearing in online shops, on marketplaces and in messengers. With flowers, the risk is particularly high, because you cannot see from the outside what has been sprayed on. Look out for these warning signs:
- The offer advertises with "legal", even though HHC has been covered by the NpSG since June 2024.
- There are only made-up names or abbreviations without any explanation of which substance is actually included.
- The legal notice and the manufacturer are missing.
- The flowers are shipped from abroad. Bringing them into Germany is also prohibited under Section 3 NpSG.
Variations with new abbreviations can fall under the same group of substances. Without a laboratory analysis, this cannot be checked at the time of purchase.
Can HHC flowers be detected in a drug test?
There is no general answer to this. Rapid tests are designed for THC, and whether they react to HHC depends on the test. Laboratories, however, can look specifically for HHC and its breakdown products. So do not count on HHC going undetected. After contact with psychoactive substances, you do not drive a vehicle and you do not operate machinery.
